These terms govern your use of RJ Market Intelligence, a personal research project published at rjfinance.app and operated under the pseudonym Regular Joe. By using the site, signing up for an account, or paying for a subscription, you agree to these terms.
1. What this is — and what it is not
RJ Market Intelligence is a personal research tool that publishes daily cycle-analysis signals for crypto, equities, indices, metals, and currency markets. It is research and educational content.
It is not:
- a financial advisor or registered investment advisor
- a broker-dealer or trading venue
- a portfolio manager
- a licensed financial institution of any kind
It is operated as a personal project. There is no company or incorporated legal entity behind it; the service is run by an individual using the pseudonym Regular Joe. You are using a personal research site.
2. No financial advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. The operator does not know your financial situation, goals, or risk tolerance, and is not in a position to advise you.
Signals shown are historical pattern analysis with limited sample sizes. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Markets can move against historical patterns at any time. Cycle models can break.
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. If you act on anything you read here, you do so at your own risk. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making any trade.
3. Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are sold in three tiers — Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime — at prices shown on the pricing page. Payment is processed by NOWPayments using cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH). Crypto transactions are non-reversible by nature.
Renewals. Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically through NOWPayments unless you cancel. You can cancel from your account before the next renewal date.
Refunds.Except where mandatory consumer law gives you a non-waivable cancellation or withdrawal right, payments are treated as final. Refund requests are otherwise considered case-by-case at the operator's discretion within 14 days of payment. For digital access that begins immediately after purchase, withdrawal rights may be lost only where permitted by law and where you have expressly agreed to immediate access. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after activation, again subject to your non-waivable consumer rights. Where a refund is issued, it is sent back as a new crypto transfer to the wallet you paid from, net of any network fees.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use automated scrapers, bots, or APIs to bulk-download signals or reports beyond reasonable single-user access
- resell, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit the signals, reports, or methodology without prior written permission
- reverse-engineer the service, the API, or attempt to extract proprietary methodology
- share your account credentials with third parties
- use the service to violate any law, including securities, tax, or anti-money-laundering laws in your jurisdiction
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules without notice and without refund.
5. Intellectual property
All signals, reports, methodology, charts, copy, and the site itself are owned by the operator. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own research while your subscription is active. The license ends when your subscription ends, except for content you have already downloaded for personal archival.
6. Service changes and availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uptime, data-source availability, or that any specific signal will continue to be produced.
If we discontinue the service entirely, we will make a reasonable effort to notify active subscribers and offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of paid Monthly or Yearly subscriptions. Lifetime is sold on an "as available" basis; if the service ends, Lifetime access ends with it, without refund.
7. No warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that signals will be accurate, complete, current, timely, uninterrupted, error-free, fit for any particular purpose, or non-infringing.
Cycle models, log-regression overlays, and similar statistical methods produce estimates. Estimates can be wrong. Data sources can be wrong, delayed, or revised after the fact. The site can be wrong. You accept this risk by using the service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. This includes — without limitation — lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity, trading losses, tax penalties, and damages resulting from reliance on signals or reports.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the operator's total cumulative liability for any claim is limited to the lesser of (a) the total amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damages — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
10. Account termination
You can cancel your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, for fraud or chargeback activity, for prolonged inactivity, or because we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, no warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification) survive termination.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the site (and by email to active subscribers where reasonably possible). The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis, not as part of a class or representative action. You waive any right to a jury trial where waivable.
Nothing in these terms removes any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
